International Delivery
It is the desire of
McGuff Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (MPI) to provide its pharmaceutical
products to as wide a market as possible. International delivery of
the products we manufacture is a primary goal of the company.
MPI desires to abide by all Federal,
State and local laws and the laws of the country to which we will
export our products.
Our international customers shall not
break any International, American, or local law to import, market or
distribute MPI products. Misleading adulterated claims, illegal
conduct, or adulteration of MPI products shall be grounds for
immediate termination of status (contractual or otherwise) with MPI.
Our international customers must
inform themselves effectively about the properties and applications of
MPI products. International customers shall not make any claims or
statements about MPI or MPI products that are not substantiated by
MPI. |

MPI recognizes each country has
individual requirements for the registration of drug products. MPI
works diligently with our international customers to provide all
documentation necessary for the registration of its products
internationally. Our regulatory affairs department handles
international submissions.
